Question does surah know about safi?
She does not.
Surah quite simply hasn’t met one yet, and as far as knowing about them in general... she has overheard whispers of dreaded “star-making” dragons from afar but doesn’t know much else.
On the other hand, this particular Safi knows Surah as the “infernal subterranean dissonance” that occasionally interrupts his all-important naps.

What's the name of that safi ?
His full name is (Emperor) Snogget Bloodstealer II. The silly-sounding name doesn’t bother him much; on the contrary he’s actually rather self-centered (but he absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to incinerate those that dare mock him).
What if someone way more powerful than Snogget bullies him and makes him cry
A hearty laugh escapes from the red dragon’s maw, “Bully? Me?? Do you even know who you are talking about?! I do not call myself an Emperor for nothing foolish inquirer!”
If there’s one thing you should know, Snogget has an almost unshakable amount of confidence and a lot of pride in his strength. It is of course possible to wipe the smug smile off his face by defeating him in a battle, but even then it isn’t very likely he would cry over that (he’s a big talker but not so much a sore loser).
[It would take a much more personal, specific insult to strike such a nerve. The same can also apply to most characters on the blog here, with some being more easily bothered than others]
