Ok, thank you! It's nice to hear that! Someone at some point had asked me why Lizzy(ffxiv) is monogamous but Lizzy(RL) is polyamorous and I didnt really have a good answer, and not having a good answer made me feel bad

Alright! Bearing in mind that there are way more than five Tumblrs that I adore, here's some compliments for five of them! Gonna start with @scholarlybreadbun! Meeps was kind enough to help me when I was an anon, trying to work out how to get started, and they have been consistently kind and lovely to me since. On the topic of their work, they have a real knack for relationships with NPCs that I would consider tricky to pair in a way that makes the relationship compelling.

Secondly, I'm gonna mention @snow-covered-moon, who is completely lovely, a wonderful screenshot-photographer, and whose writing and art is always so evocative! They have helped me in a lot of my writing and screens, and their own work is always a delight to see crossing my dash.

Third, we have @scholarlostintime! Fennie is a delight to interact with (even if I feel that Fennie has undergone quite a bit of torture since receiving that first letter from Conroy), and the mun is intelligent, insightful, and patient, and a delight to talk to. I can reliably consider the appearance of this particular Tumblr on my screen to mean that I'm about to get some quite sweet writing.

Fourth, I'm going to mention a more recent RP partner, that of @spotofmummery, who has been a joy to collaborate with, their writing style being very technical and formal in a way that is befitting their chosen muse of Amon, the level of immersion involved being quite amazing, especially given the very limited snippets that show through in a format like Tumblr!

Finally, I'm going to mention my longest-time RP partner, of @sunnylux-the-hufflest-puff. While their mainblog is not a character blog, they run multiple blogs that I love seeing what comes up on, and they are the entity responsible for @lett-fyth, @ahavael-rayne, @marisol-faria, and many, many more. They're the only blog on this list who is a contemporary of mine rather than my senior, but I still consider their writing and creative works an absolute treat to read.

Eden is very reserved about her feelings, and both men she finds herself involved with in the long term are the types to speak their thoughts, especially in regards to something so important to them.

More specifically, Astor told her he loved her after she nearly got herself either killed trying to kill Zenos with Yugiri. Hien told her after they won the Nadaam.

Airi/Shay - Airi

Airi is on the opposite end of the spectrum, she wears her heart on her sleeve and would never let her budding feelings for him go unspoken. It's also important to note that Shay is a man of less words and more actions, and would find more meaning in showing the ways he cares for her then trying to find the words.

If someone was impersonating them, what would friends / family ask or do to tell the difference?

Ask Eden about anything that happened in her life before the Calamity, if they play along and act like they know what they're talking about, it's a dead giveaway - she remembers nothing from before that point in time.

Alternatively offer them alcohol, she would never turn down a drink and they can see how long they can keep up the facade while intoxicated.

hmm. can't go in depth with reasonings at the moment, but here's the simple gist of it for them!

Shion- Love many, but trust few.

Philautia- I cannot save all people, but I can love them, even from afar.

U'rhika- When I can't find the sunshine, be the sunshine instead.

Zaya- Don't say maybe if I want to say no.

Iris- I am what I do, not what I'll say I do.

Eris- Learn to value myself for who I am now, not who I was.

M'irou- Feel my fear, and do it anyway.

Akira- The pain I feel today will be the strength I feel tomorrow.
