Hi its been a while! Hope you are doing well~ Curious if Ru has anything planned for Christmas? Did he get any presents for the turks?
Christmas is a family event and the only family he recognizes is that of his Turks (granted that majority of his bloodline is deceased). The Turks are more family to him than anyone else and so, his holidays are surrounded by their presence.
Rufus takes time to visit one of the many estates he owns near Icicle Inn. He takes comfort in the quilted snow mountaintops and the honey color glow the village gives off. Here, his Turks follow and decorate a tree that both Reno and Rude chop down themselves.
On Christmas Day they cook up a feast and exchange gifts. The usual request his Turks give him is 'a pay raise and some vacation'. Though it is usually made in jest, not many of their wants are spoken. They get paid well enough so he ensures to get them gifts that would best fit them.
Reno neglects to get clothes other than his uniform. So it is usually up to Elena to tell Rufus exactly what he needs-- which ironically is always socks and boxers.
Though it may not look like it, Rude is actually quite a handyman and always hints about getting the latest technology when it comes to tools (he's usually fixing up Reno's place).
Tseng falls under the category of nice wine to pair with a meal (that Ru usually makes for him).
Elena has a weakness for anything cute. Many types of outfits fall under this-- she's especially fond of fur-lined coats that she can display when being up in the colder regions for the holidays.

“I’m not sure going into that warehouse is a good idea.” From Mel to Marco
Marco’s eyes scanned it. “But it has winter coats, which the group badly needs. That and who knows what kind of food might have been stashed in there by desperate workers trying to survive.”
Yuki was feeling sick for some time and didn't want to be around Mike that they might get him sick with whatever they had. They stayed hidden in their room not wanting to come out.
Mike was ever so innocently strolling past their room when he stopped dead in his tracks. Once he reached their doorknob, he sniffed the room with the same deadly stare he got if he thought he could smell a nearby Titan. He took a second to take in the scent, then his eyebrows lowered.
About thirty minutes later, he returned with some orzo and spinach soup, which he had made himself. He knocked on the door as though he were about to give the news to Erwin that Wall Rose was breached.
❝ Uuh, I’m not finished. ❞

Midnight raised an eyebrow at the human, not really phased by the sudden tone that they had. “I wasn’t really talking, but okay, I respect you. Please, continue on.” She tried to be really, really polite with this person, and it was very evident in her tone of voice. She was, however, slightly on edge. She was back in time, infront of humans, and talking to one at this very moment. Not exactly her favorite situation.
A Night... Alone?
“There’s a signal! It’s in the west!” Elian shouted from the back of her horse. The squad was out on a survey mission, Commander Hange Zoe as their lead.
Their team had been whittled down to few, as there had been several losses only today. Elian and her squadmate, Yuki, were instructed to provide support to those who fired their signal in the west. The squad could only spare two soldiers to leave. Any more could result in even heavier losses to the entire survey corps.
Not sure if you have been asked already, but are you looking forward to how Ru is going to look on the remake? Do you think it'll meet your expectations or not? Also hi it's been like 84 years! How have you been?
Hello my dear! It has been 84 years, I've missed you invading my inbox and I'm glad to see you again. :]]
So far all the characters they revealed have been marvelous. I love each and every detail they gave everyone. I'm ecstatic to see Heidegger all decked out like a top-notch general with all the ribbons and badges a war veteran would have (though ShinRa is good to hide such a harsh title of Military and went with Public Safety). We don't see much of President ShinRa but his suit looks marvelous from that short few seconds we were blessed with.
I have no doubts that they'll make Rufus as handsome and beautiful as ever. I'm ready to see his PORES and wonder what color hair they are going to give him-- if they'll stick with the fair blond color of AC or go for that strawberry tint that the original game gave him (Rufus means red-haired in Latin). I'm pretty sure we will be seeing him since Disc 1 is all the way to when they officially leave Midgar (after the fight with him on top of the building).
I also want a high res character sheet of my baby Dark Nation AND THE TURKS... basically ALL of ShinRa's executives far more than the rest of AVALANCHE. ShinRa always has my love.
When it comes to Ru's guns does he get them custom made?
Pinnacle of Power
Oh absolutely. He’s a man that makes sure everything is unique that he owns. Early on in his life, his father wanted him to take in the finer sport of clay pigeons. Eventually, when Rufus grew up he wanted him to take on the sport of fox hunting like many of his businessmen partake in. It was more about rubbing elbows and networking.
Rufus enjoyed the sport of clay pigeons but was hardly interested in fox hunting. He particularly didn’t like the use of Chocobos (he found them to be noisy and dirty). Though he never feared the birds he simply told his father he’d rather practice on inanimate objects instead.
Since he could not sway his son to go on these hunts, he fashioned him custom-made shotguns/rifles for his skeet shooting. He had started at a young age and perfected the skill of being able to shoot a high-powered shotgun with one hand. A feat that proves impossible to those not skilled in the ways of a shotgun.
