oh yes i can imagine all the bitterness, cause i think'd the lost boys all like bae, imagine devin being all sulky and moody cause bae leaving the lost boys is like bae breaking up with him. and he's all complaining to the other's.

… “like breaking up with him” omg don’t you dareYou see, I think that while some of the Lost Boys would like Bae (what’s not to like lets be real), some of them would have seen this coming and therefore, immediately take a “he’s a traitor” attitude. Because he betrayed the family he was offered by refusing to be a part of it for the sake of morals most of them probably don’t understand and omg

Devin sort of clenching his fists whenever someone speaks of Bae badly when he’s gone and he covers up his pain like “why are you even talking about him ? he’s gone it’s over lets move on” but devin being sulky and moody and whining about baelfire and his stupid hair and his stupid scarf and the boys who did like bae a lot just listen and nod and like “yes devin we know you told us about this like a gazillion times jeez”

How the pairing would work if they were enemies (or if already enemies, friends/companions). Both can work in actual canon, I think. Because well, the issue of loyalty to Pan would be strong, I think. But god, friendship would be nice because maybe they enjoy just talking about stuff and they just make each other laugh and it’s adorable

Their favorite meal time together. Mmmmm anything that Devin goes to hunt and they eat together wheee

A time someone walked in on them making out. (it’s very weird for me to think about baelfire making out with people jsyk) but I imagine Felix just standing there and quietly judging because this has nothing to do with Peter’s orders ew what is fun (he’s moody)

A time someone walked in on them being embarrassingly cute. oh but NEVERLAND ARIEL swimming up to shore and seeing them sit next to each other on the beach and talking and laughing and nudging each other like dorks and maybe Bae sort of hits Devin with his scarf because scarf

Their perfect date-night. oooooh let me think of modern verses *thinks* i feel like they’d both marathon tv shows together and suddenly it’s three AM and they forgot to go out to eat

I have this theory, that in nasty habits, when bae ran out of the house. He went back to peter and he gave the scarf to peter maybe to thank him for offering to become his friend and then peter gave to devon knowing he and bae been good friends...

OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH.

Peter knows within seconds of breaking it off with Felix that this won’t end well. But, he always assumed Felix would come crawling back within the first week. When he doesn’t, Peter has to take drastic measures.

And by drastic measures I mean he starts dating again. And rigorously making out with and feeling up anybody who’ll let him. Because he’ll be damned if he’s the one to come back to Felix.

Felix notices, but he won’t cow down either. He’s not just a game, he won’t let Peter manipulate him. And so, he retorts with the same game. But he ups the ante, gets into an actual relationship with John Darling.

Peter responds with the same with Wendy.

(Both of the Darlings realize what’s going on. Wendy’s doing it because she doesn’t want Felix dating John and caught on to Peter’s plans. John’s doing it because he’s curious about how this will go and he’s been in a dating rut anyway so why not get back into the game.)

Anyway, they’re all using each other.

The fic climaxes in a scene where Felix and John are watching a movie at the Darling’s house and Wendy and Peter come downstairs for ice cream.

Noticing each other, Felix and John start making out. So Wendy and Peter start making out. And it just escalates and escalates until it’s getting somewhat graphic up in here.

By that point poor Michael comes downstairs and just screams, “ENOUGH.”

Which breaks everything up to the point where Peter and Felix realize what’s been going on, and knowing that their plan worked, leave together to get the taste of Darling off each other. Several times.

panlix + spys au

They’re freelance, Peter and Felix. Meet on a job. I’m gonna borrow from my assassins AU I did a few days ago. The Shadow (some big old mobster) hires them to spy on a big company under his thumb (a string of hotels called The Hourglass) who he feels are breaking the rules.

SO they meet, and it’s insta-attraction. Or, rather, insta-curiosity.

Immediately they learn that their tactics differ. Peter likes playing games, toeing the line as close as he can, relishing every moment he’s almost caught. Felix likes to sit in the shadows, listen in, be as discreet as possible. You’d think it was a match made in hell, but Peter says that he thinks they’ll work together nicely, and Felix doesn’t have the heart to disagree -- at least not while Peter’s looking at him with lowered lashes and licking his lower lip.

So they go to the main hotel of The Hourglass, right. Under cover as the manager of the newest branch and his PA (Peter as the former, Felix as the latter).

The first night there’s a fancy party in the ballroom. Felix and Peter don’t actually get much spying done, though. They end up with four chutes of champagne down their throats and back in their hotel room before midnight.

The spying resumes the next day, learning what’s going on and getting tapes and photographs and all that. There’s some on the side dealing behind the Shadow’s back - drug cartel - but other than that, they really don’t see what The Shadow is all up in arms about. He doesn’t seem the type to need solid proof for blackmail.

So they continue with their spying, hooking up when they’re done for the night. When they’re almost done, Peter proposes the idea of being partners. Continue to do their freelance thing, but together.

Felix can’t help but say yes.

BUT THEN the Shadow contacts them again and wants Peter to steal the stuff Felix had on him and report back privately. Killing Felix in the process because nobody can know. Peter refuses.

AND NOW THEY’RE ON THE RUN FROM THE SHADOW. But they’re together and the future promises new adventures and games.

That’s it. That’s the fic.
