9. What do you prefer? Hanging out with boys or girls? I have boy and girl friends... Boys are often easier to talk to but girls can relate to me more.

I have The best friend.

7 years has gone fast. It feels like only yesterday I was introduced to her and the long bus journeys home from school didn't feel so bad while we sat beside each other and talked.  Sure, as teenagers, we dealt with a lot of issues; each other, who our friends really were, guys and all that other crap; at the time, those things ruled our lives-our own mistakes could have ruined our relationship but never did.

She's the only person who I've found whose friendship is so strong; even if we don't call every day or don't see each other for weeks on end, even if I'm one of the most difficult people to be friends with and to please; that 7 years later, almost 8, we're still here and still the stupid 12 year olds we always were. People have come and gone along the way but we're still here. She's still here. And to me, that means a lot more than almost anything else.
