I already got punished for my over-attachment to bread. (or cured from? that sounds better �� ) Last september I was diagnosed with celiac disease, so I've been baking lot of gluten-free bread since then. I haven't tried sourdough yet, as they say gluten-free sourdough is even trickier, but seeing your succes, I am def. tempted to at least try!
Och, I am so sorry for you! Any kind of limitation in food is so unfair... :-( But do give it a go!
You have probably tried buckwheat already? With it, my absolute favourite is French buckwheat galettes - I prefer them over the traditional (savoury) crepes because of their rich, nutty flavour... Especially with some cheese, and perhaps ham - yummmm! Maybe try them too?
