Oh, this is fine. Real acting, a real script, good everything--including chemistry ? Tian, the quiet, patient sufferer, and Wang, the impulsive puppy ... but both characters deserve and receive much more than those cliché descriptions suggest. There have already been nearly silent, heartbreaking scenes, and I suppose there is more sadness to come. But at the halfway point, a crucial transition in their relationship has begun.
This has to be one of the season's finer offerings. Thank you, all who participated. I'm in love with this ...
