This was my first week of student teaching, and after I expressed a mutual love of My Hero Academia to one of my students, she drew me a LOVELY picture of Deku. The fact that she’s in the fifth grade makes me feel even more blessed. Send help, I can already tell that I’m gonna miss every single one of these kids when my ten weeks are over! My mentor jokes that I’m too polite when asking/telling students what to do (which is probably true to an extent), but-

So after finishing the 54 eps of Nirvana in Fire/ 琅琊榜 the first time obviously the only thing to do was to start a rewatch. And now we’ve only got two eps left and I am (again) torn between nooo don’t end and holy catbuckets this show is SO GOOD.

I can’t even articulate it. I can’t even comprehend all the levels at which this is amazing. I just watched 52 again and got chills and sobs and ALL THE FEELS?! And two more episodes and then I’ll be all bereft again. Ah.

this was just... such a fucking good episode

lucifer is in pain throughout and struggling with his hatred of himself and his utter weariness at hurting people he cares about, but (like i said he would) he pulls it together for chloe’s sake

lucifer and dan really actually understanding each other a bit + opening up to each other + getting past their ideas of each other + lucifer trying to be normal + chloe telling him to be HIM, she needs her partner, she needs lucifer morningstar

all the ladies helping/being friends with ladies: chloe helps fields’ daughter, maze helps linda, ella helps chloe, chloe hugs ella, chloe and maze talk about things, linda comes around with maze

chloe being such a stone cold badass and such a PERFECT queen of hell devising punishments to fit the crime (as i keep saying, SHE IS SO MUCH LIKE HIM) and her pain and anger and just

AND OF COURSE THAT TINY LITTLE THING AT THE END WHERE LUCIFER AND CHLOE AND TRIXIE ARE HAVING BREAKFAST LIKE A FAM NBD AND HE TELLS HER THAT HER DAD WOULD BE PROUD OF HER AND THEN HE’S AFRAID HE HURT HER AGAIN AND “JUST SHUT UP” AND THAT THING WHICH I SAID WOULD HAPPEN AND WHICH HAS RENDERED ME DEAD

AND THEN NEXT WEEK

“THIS IS MY HOME”

SHE IS HIS HOME

THEY ARE EACH OTHER’S HOME

I AM UNABLE
