FFN and Wattpad both have tons and tons and tons of het. Anyone who uses them knows this, but it’s much more difficult to get hard shipping numbers out of them, so they get ignored in “Why slash?” discussions. Perhaps the answer to this question is as simple as: People with the same tastes like to post in the same places. You’re looking in the place with the m/m.
