I did some thesis-related studying today, but mostly I've spent this weekend working on a presentation for the catalysis seminar. It's yet another presentation where I get to talk about things from within my area of interest: lanthanide chemistry and spectroscopy, just in relation to catalysis. I'm afraid there'll be no shutting me up once I get out there and start yapping. They'll have to take the laser pointer from me by force

i want to learn all the things! being at my university’s library, seeing all the intriguing titles, and wanting to see and discover all they contain is both exciting and frustrating because there is only so much time in a day, week, year and life

Did I skip my lecture to work on my lab report that I didn't do this weekend...? Yes. But at least I'm getting it done. Been feeling incredibly tired lately, however.

Today's goals:

● Finish Lab Report

● Take notes on lecture slides

● Sleep early

Sometimes you just have to lower your expectations a little and take care of yourself I guess.
