Today’s topic of study... the humble “sword”. (So many different types of swords out there.. I think my brain is going to explode!)
One thing I've learned during this tournament is that a lot of people don't know that some major hits are covers. I include myself in this group btw. Like what do you mean Björk isn't the original singer of It's Oh So Quiet? What the what?
i actually got an like an interview, like a continuation after an initial phonecall!!!! it's so great. also ive implemented a system so i can learn to get a better understamding of stuff like groceries and how to efficiently cook. also! i now have also started a blanket, like for the appartment, so now i have smaller projects for at school and a big boy for when i'm at home and this weekend i went physically to a job i applied for online to just say hi, and the guy i talked to said it could help my chances!!!!
Fun fact for the Afab character! I've heard if you electrocute a corpse in the right area you can force an ejaculation :3 -🪳
WHY DO YOU KNOW THAT ILY
Spending the day watching TLC and just found out that it’s an acronym for The Learning Channel.
Bitch what are we learning?
Is there a clock I can buy that has a little sun and moon that also go around it as they set or am I going to have to find out how to make that?
Because that’s really not my specialty when it comes to making things
The Thanksgiving story is far more complex than most Americans are taught. Blame school textbooks, children’s stories and animated specials.
From the article:
Not to rain on your Thanksgiving Day parade, but the story of the first Thanksgiving, as most Americans have been taught it — the Pilgrims and Native Americans gathering together, the famous feast, the turkey — is not exactly accurate.
Thanksgiving facts and Thanksgiving myths have blended together for years like so much gravy and mashed potatoes, and separating them is just as complicated.
Blame school textbooks with details often so abridged, softened or out of context that they are ultimately made false; children’s books that simplify the story to its most pleasant version; or animated television specials like “The Mouse on the Mayflower,” which first aired in 1968, that not only misinformed a generation, but also enforced a slew of cringeworthy stereotypes.
