So, there are wolf (or werewolf) mythosi, are there any other animal mythosi? Like tiger (or weretiger) mythosi?

Mythosi are just based off of real life mythological creatures, so if there's a myth about them in the real world, they exist in-game (though perhaps with slight modifications). So yes-- there's a rather large variety of "were-creatures" including werecats + weretigers!
