1] Why would a creature have lungs and stuff if it's just made of goo. Maybe they're not just made of goo and eyeballs after all?

1b] If they have this much inside of them, then maybe they even have a brain (what's that oval thing in the head?). If they have a brain then perhaps they also have thoughts and feelings. I will end this point by showing the jury three seperate images of abominations behaving oddly free-willed like:
