Okay so um, can we please send these guys the memo to remove the ads from their videos? Like, the first one last I checked gave me three ads in total, the second one had about two-three and the third one had two ads.
Its obviously known to everyone at this point adverts make money for youtubers- especially if your fans of channels that discuss crime and as a result, youtube purges their adverts out almost and the rare advert you can get in their videos you watch- so channels like TheThings and TheTalko make fucking billions for 10 minutes videos and they'll slap some ads on it and call it a day.
And of course, I've already mentioned TheTalkos fucking video- still the same fucking problems: they called it The Tragic Story Of Cameron Boyce's Life when Cameron's life wasn't tragic at all and its just gross to call his life that, let alone them profiting of someones death with their adverts only ONE day after the guy has died (please ignore the 2 hours on the screenshot, that's the original screenshot and the video is at least a day old now).
And now we onto their sister channel, TheThings- im gonna not go into my problems with thethings today its not important- who have....TWO videos on Cameron Boyce- one is just a tribute and its a nice thing.....but- um, it has adverts.....just- thethings is also adding um, ads to their videos on Cameron which means they also profiting of his death- like I said, they could be donating the money which is something Cameron would want, but one, its not mentioned at all in descriptions and two, it doesn't change the fact that the ads are there in the first place- TheThings aren't dumb teenagers, they adults, they should know the definition of advertisement on youtube and how it makes them money on their other videos- they just put the adverts in the video and as a result, are making money of someone's death.
If we can call out youtubers for clickbaiting people's deaths, we can call out channels like these for profiting of someone's death.
