Phiron, "Prideful Fall", who people of Sonseas calls the God of the Autumn (Season). He's one of the four humans granted abilities from the legendary pokemon. Folklore says to bring liveliness and courage to his surroundings, whether it's people or pokemons. Wherever he goes, the mood is sure to lighten up!

Every P.S characters were drawn in traditional colourless sketches before so this is the first fime coming up with the colour palette. So I in fact, hated it. (it might change someday)
