Review at work

I just got my annual review done at work. I got top marks for initiative and cooperation. Which means that I always want to take on more responsibility, and for the cooperation, wait for it, I work really well with others and always willing to help people. They even warned me to not be as talkative and to not help others to the point that I am not getting my stuff done. I think I'm an ENFJ at work!? At least that's how others view me. I am still an INTJ in my head, but outwardly, I am sweet and caring at work.
