Cain/Deimos

Under the cut for my feels quickly devolving into caps and angst.

when I started shipping it:

Hmm, fairly immediately after I started with the fandom tbh. First pairing I took a big interest in too.

my thoughts:

Well I'm firmly of the belief that there is some kind of history there, whether it be 'used to be together'/'on and off'/'casual thing'... but they obviously feel completely different about each other, and that fills my heart with sad.

what makes me happy about them:

Goodness. Am I allowed to use fic examples? I love any kind of sweetness between them, because it's just so absent from the source material atm, and obviously so coveted on Deimos' part.

what makes me sad about them:

Did I mention the unrequited feelings and lack of love and blub blub all my feels? D=

things done in fanfic that annoy me:

What can I even say, so much of the Deimos/Cain fic is just flawless.

things I look for in fanfic:

So many things I enjoy in C/D fic. If I had to pick, I suppose... complexity? And something that will give me a good old punch in the feels. Which is most things with these two.

who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other:

WE ALL KNOW WHO I CURRENTLY SHIP DEIMOS WITH RIGHT? Good. And obviously Cain with Abel. :)

my happily ever after for them:
