NATIONAL NGO GOALS

National NGO is a serious and focused organization committed to providing relief and means to the needy. Since its inception, it has helped many needy children and disabled persons by providing financial, social and emotional support.

These are the main goals of National NGO:

· To facilitate access to basic healthcare to every section of the society

We are very focused towards providing the best healthcare possible for needy children from all sections of society. Many children are not financially strong enough to pay for their treatment, National NGO helps them by getting sponsorships and donations and thus helps them get back into normal life

· To ensure food security for the needy

More than 10 lakh children die in India every year due to lack of nutrition and food. National NGO connects Donors and the needy to provide wholesome and nutritious food for the hungry and needy and thus helps in avoiding diseases and deaths due to lack of food and nutrition

· To enable the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities (PWDs) through supplemental education, extensive training and providing assistive aids designed for daily living, education and for the work place

We at National NGO are also committed towards the rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities through vocational and supplementary education, so as to make them independent and self-reliant.

We provide all kinds of exposure, training and education so that these individual break the shackles of dependence and live a proud self-reliant dignified life.

· To empower the disabled and differently abled by ways of helping them become capable of employment which will help them become economically independent

National NGO is committed towards making the disabled independent so that they live lives of self-reliance and dignity. For doing this, they provide training and education which help these disabled to learn new skills which will eventually help them earn their living and live independent lives.

· To build the next generation of people with disabilities who are confident, assertive, smart and independent

We are in a mission of creating an army of disabled people by educating and providing training so that they have high self-esteem and do not have to beg or rely on family for their basic needs.

These goals are the fundamental principles on which the Mission and Vision of National NGO are based.

We try our level best to see to it that all the needy get the right treatment and exposure so that they can be integrated back to society and can become independent and self-reliant.

ABOUT NATIONAL NGO

National NGO is a non-government social organization which was established in 2012, with the sole purpose of enabling the underprivileged and eternalizing ‘inclusiveness’. We have varied programs for enabling disabled children and getting them back in to the main stream. We also provide shelters for the disabled children at our center at Tughlakabad.

We act as catalyst agents between the donors and the downtrodden, and efficiently and effectively using the funding received, we ensure that the disabled, marginalized and downtrodden are well looked after and given the basic human rights of education and proper nutrition.

Where’s my free stuff?

So I just finally got around to watching the democratic debate.  It was seriously painful, but I want to be an informed voter, so I propped my eyelids open with some toothpicks and made a go of it.  What I want to know from Bernie Sanders is who the hell is paying for all this “free” stuff?  And while we’re at it, if everyone has a “right” to free healthcare, paid maternity leave, free cell phones, free college (you get it, I could go on and on) when do I get my “free” gun?  Because that’s the only thing we are guaranteed by the constitution to have a RIGHT to.  The RIGHT to bear arms.  Yet we are forced to pay for that right by the government.  We have to PAY to take a class, we have to PAY for licensure, we have to PAY for the actual gun, ammunition, and gun safe.  Yet Bernie thinks we have a right to FREE *whatever his low information voters item of the day is*.  Is this guy for real?

Once upon a time you had to be in a union.

I used to live in London but live in India now, where my artificially inflated standard of living affords me luxuries like going to the gym and eating healthily. I have a wardrobe of good clothes. I have air conditioning. I have a very nice bed.

I left the UK aged thirty four without even a sniff of a career but before that I had worked on lorries, in supermarkets, in bookshops, as a teacher, an office temp, a TV extra, a barman, a floor manager in a cinema. I have two degrees and a blog no one reads. I don’t particularly claim to be working class, though describing myself otherwise feels dishonest too.
