It's Friday the 13th... try not to walk under any black cats today! So today I'm feeling pretty grotty cos I forgot I had an intolerance to egg white and consumed a meringue pie... it's worse because I made it my self! (Irish apple Amber...Very yummy not worth the consequences !) I was whipping up 6 egg whites wondering why I never ate this kind of desert cos it seems like I would like it... well I remembered about 10 mins after consumption... numpty! The Pengs are off shopping pre lockdown... picking up a few essentials is OK but let's not have a repeat of the toilet paper debacle! Social Isolation Penguin ... here we go again! Yep... deja vu but this time we all know a bit better what to expect at least on a personal level.
