The ultimate reset :
Some days when I'm behind on documentation, have skipped my work out , ate like shit and got no sleep I find myself so stressed that I don't know where to start to get back on track . These are some things I do to "reset" and in other words get my shit together:
1. Clean my space . Declutter surfaces, empty the trash bin, vacuum and light a candle or spray some lavender.
2. Make a healthy snack and fill up my water bottle.
3. Make a list . Number each task by priority starting with 1 as the easiest and least imperative.
4. Move . Do a quick 10-15 minute work out or stretch.
5. Shower . Exfoliate . Moisturize. Put on clean and comfy clothes .
5. Sit down and start with #1 on the list . Getting the easy stuff done first will motivate you to keep working down the list .
6. Take a break when needed. Then go back to #5 when you're ready and hit the next thing on your list .
