"is that one of the Vtuber designs?" Why Yes it is!! This was my pitch for being my own Vtuber cuz I swear I could run it myself dkwnd so I made it look like me from my time period (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧
But really I look like this (cuz really I'm a dragon [at least in this timeline])
