He didn’t want to arrive empty-handed, so Abel had the kitchen staff prepare something ridiculous to bring over for his cousin. In truth, he wasn’t sure how to approach the situation, especially when talking and heart-felt discussions weren’t his forte. He hoped that the over-the-top dessert would do the trick. Not that it can do the talking for him, but it was a start.
There was a knock on the door and Abel gently pushed it open as he called out for her.
“Sofia?” There was nowhere for her to go, not with the city in chaos but with multiple floors and amenities, Abel failed to check if his cousin would be in her suite or elsewhere. “You in here?”
SMS: Costello, Sofia
Abel: An ex is harassing me? That's your plan?
Abel: I don't have an ex crazy enough to harass me.
Abel: Okay, I do but that's beside the point.
Leon: I heard an interesting rumor today.
Sofia: Only one? I started at least twelve.
Sofia: *mumbling in Latin*
Paityn: For the last time, I’m not a demon and you can’t exorcise me.
Sofia: Worth a try.
Sofia: Papa is so focused on his work right now. I could say anything and he would agree to it.
Luca: Prove it.
Sofia: Hey, Papa, I met this grasshopper and we're really in love. I need $2000 to marry the grasshopper. Is that all right?
Marcel: Yeah, Sofia, whatever.
Luca: Cool, lemme try.
Luca: Hey, Papa -
Marcel: No, Luca.
