It's highly likely that Riley/Nikkia Hanson is a Trinidadian born and raised in the US. Remember this post here, it contains a news article about Riley/Nikkia's father (Yes that is their father) who rescued a boy that was drowning. It states in the article that their (Crackerhell/Soflyniggaswannastalkme) parents were in Trinidad to visit family. 

Several times Riley states that they are West Indian. Here's a post where they say they are from the Caribbean. A post where they are speaking about getting Trinidadian citizenship. It's the only consistent thing they claim, and when they do claim it it's not always in arguments like the other identities. They seem to view it in a high regard, were with the other ones they do not. 

I personally think they are a Trinidadian American with some Indian ancestry.
