I don’t know about swiftie, but Harry’s stage was at the center of the venues, so it was the only way to get him there without walking through the crowd. They wheel him under the stage and he comes up through a trap door.

Louis’ venues, IIRC, were set at one end of the venue, so he could walk directly from backstage.

Hope you are doing good.I have a genuine question.I don't know if its dump but what is this 'soft goods' thingie in HSLOT ? Why is it relevant? I'm pretty new in the fandom and I've never been to any live concerts.

Oh it's how Harry gets to the stage. For his residencies/american tour, he used a round stage in the middle of the venue, and he needs to get there without going through the crowd so he can emerge in the middle of the stage when the show starts. So he goes inside this box labelled "soft goods", it's actually pretty funny 😂😂 a lot of artists do similar things to get to the stage.
