I definitely might have done this already but I’m going to do it again!

Pitcher: Do you play softball?

Catcher: How long have you played softball for?

First base: Do you play for your school team?

Second base: Do you play travel?

Third base: What is your favorite position to play?

Home plate: What is your favorite pitch to hit (inside/outside, height)?

Field: What is your least favorite pitch to hit?

Outfield: Are you a utility player?

Pitcher’s mound: Do you pitch?

Infield: Do you wear a field mask or a mouthguard?

Pinch-runner: Do you pinch-run?

Dirt: Do you like to slide?

Glove: Do you throw left- or right-handed?

Bat: Do you bat left- or right-handed?

Batting gloves: Do you like to bunt?

Somewhat inspired by the fact that I’m at a softball camp for most of this week! ⚾️💛

Tuafw- i work with dogs and letting them sit on my feet is such a good pressure stim and everyone is like "Omg what a weird dog!!! What are you doing?? Get off of her feet!!! That cant feel good lol!!!" and you have to laugh along with them because how do you explain that it helps you cope with the long work day and it feels really good ??? ~🎾

Tuafw your mom betrays your trust and reads your writing and sends it to her friend and her and her friend and her son all laugh at it and she tells you and can't figure out why you've locked yourself in your room crying because you don't share your writing with ANYONE and even your SI can't keep you from crying and your entire day is ruined and everything is disgustingly embarrassing and now you have to throw away all of the writing because it's Ruined and they don't understand meltdowns ~🎾

My parents make fun of me all of the time because I was "so dramatic!!!" when I was little and I woul "throw fits all the time!!!" Like?? Pal?? Parents?? Those were meltdowns let's have a chat about autism ~🎾

Tuafw your mom makes fun of a new special interest and you want to cry but you can't say anything bc she won't understand why you're so upset :) :) :) ~🎾

Tuafw you're having an amazing day and then you find out your friend is having a horrible day and hyperempathy kicks into full gear and suddenly everything is sad and you can't even stop yourself from crying ~🎾

tuafw snoring is SENSORY HELL but u can't just ask your family not to snore because thats like? impossible?? but you get rlly upset and have sensory overload when people snore and they're like 'omg its not a big deal grow up' but!! I can't!! It hurts!! I don't like it!! I just want to yell I'm autistic I'm autistic I'm autistic I'm autistic but i can't bc they won't get it or they won't care!! why does snoring exist! end it!! Snoring is cancelled!!!! ~🎾

Tuafw you get a blister and everyone is like "omg its not a big deal its just a little blister" but its killing me because when I do write/do schoolwork I hold the pen in one hand and stim with the other hand and now I can't stim with that hand while I work because theres a big blister on my finger right where I stim and nobody understands and i want to scream "IM AUTISTIC AND ITS BOTHERING ME LEAVE ME ALONE BEFORE I HAVE A MELTDOWN" but nobody knows I'm autistic so i can't 😭 ~🎾
