Apply it to the waterline of the bottom eyelid, kinda like eyeliner. At least, that's what I do with my cats. It should be the same for dogs.

hey so obviously i don't know you that well, but i've also been abused in the past and i find myself doing the same baiting thing? so i'm not sure if i'm also thinking that it's bad bc of my abusers or if it is manipulative? but even though i can't be super helpful about this, you're not alone?? but in my opinion, its still up to the people whether they do the thing or not? so idk i might have just made things worse for you, haha;; but i wish you the best in everything!
