The soft plyo box coupled with his poor choice of foot wear creates a higher neural demand which creates fascial adaptations throughout his muscular system. The variance of the foot places greater force through the ankle knee & hip joints while incorporating all his fascial lines head to toe. We need to bring up his dead lift strength to match his quad strength. The hip/quad strength relationship should be 1 to 1 otherwise patterning will result leading to reduced force transmission that can come back in the future as an injury which is always tissue dysfunction.
