i remember being at peace with it when i first watched endgame like i really got behind the thrill of the absolute shock I got that they chose to kill nat instead of clint which would've been the easiest choice imo. but then afterwards, watching it a second time and now every time i do watch it'st just truly so pointless and i can only imagine it was done bc scarjo wanted out idk like it truly doesnt make any other sense story-wise so my bet is that it was a decision made bc of actor (just like steve's end, too, probably). and it REALLY bothers me even more when i remember that all-female shot and how it is a travesty that natasha wasnt there like i get specially mad when i think abt that
