Meet Kaylon! He is a recent grad from my @solaceyogastudio #ryt200 certification program. I saw something in him and invited him to enter the program. He did! Now.. he teaxhe at Solace and leads and inspires people daily with his incredible gift. As a creator & futurist, o often see things in people they don't yet see. I am so glad he followed his heart and took the leap to become a yoga teacher. He will do great work in the world. He's already doing that.. this only adds to his greatness! It took me a long time to figure out the body and what I needed to feel good in my skin and in my mind. They were different for me. I needed inner peace because of my ocd mind and I found that in yoga and meditation. Now It's a daily practice to help me live grounded, in my power and aligned. Strength training gave me muscles that looked good on my body (my frame) and give me the shape I desired. It also made this whole looking good in my body thing a heck of a lot easier than cardio or running. I would love to help you if you are in a place needing help.
