Silence. Neither of them made a move, Teddy planned to make her move towards Daiyu since they met. Make their relationship just another one night stand, avoid any serious conflict, but everything changed when Teddy started to grow closer to the female. Listened to her complain, watch her march up and down trying to juggle everything at once. Strange habits that Teddy grew to love, one really catching her attention was Daiyu’s love for the stars. Same interests. Understandable to one another, always dragging one to the nearest observatory. Heart knowing well enough this one night stand thing had failed a long time ago, now she had to continue to get to know Daiyu. Completely forgetting about her question, Teddy halted her legs and turned to face fair-skin female with an endearing smile. No clue about what her next move would be or if she’d even pull through with that said move.
“Why? Do you want to kiss me?” Playful question parted her lips, gliding herself closer to cloud over the space between them. Orbs gluing over those pearl features, crafted by some god which created flawless textures on Daiyu’s skin. Not to mention her lips, cherry blossom shade, and shaped beautifully. Teddy admired enough now, gap coming to a close before placing her own lips against cherry blossoms. Soft enough, applying enough pressure for a quick peck, and proving the theory of Daiyu’s feather-soft lips. Whispering between the small tap, releasing a small laughter. “You don’t need to answer.”
♡. 黛玉 — friends usually never lasted, not in daiyu’s case. for her, teddy was another person who would probably end up using her for their own pleasure or whatever but -- she was completely wrong. there was more to it than just temporary kindness? one being their undying love for stars, which truly warmed her heart because never had she clicked with someone so easily. it was a miracle? truly. however … daiyu wasn’t really thinking about taking their friendship to something else than just being friends. nothing added, nothing removed. why? because she wasn’t into girls like that … or that was what she thought. actually, she had no idea what she wanted? all she knew was that she wanted to kiss teddy. there had been one too many times where she had caught herself staring at those pair of lips of her’s. something had to be done.
“i--” and she didn’t even get to speak before she felt those pair of soft, pillowy lips against her own. it caught her off guard because she never thought that the other would actually do it. so, her heart nearly skipped a beat as the apple of her cheeks was dusted with a rosy tint. “that was lame, though-- give me a better one?” she said as soon as her gaze locked with the other’s again. was she pushing it? probably. but she had the guts to ask for another, better kiss when she already gave her one. another kiss between two friends, best friends to be exact -- was that too much to ask for? if you asked daiyu, in that caught up moment, she would say no. like she always said, kisses are great.
