Fingers idly twined within long sodden locks, a stark green contrast to the pale background her hair offered as a similarly lacking in color gaze moved to survey those at the edge of her border. Most of them moved with purpose, seasoned sailors who would set out at one point or others taking care of their duties and jobs near port. One of them, however, caught her eye both in the seeming lack of purpose and the difference in garb. To put it simply, they stood out from their surroundings and it was likely that they knew it and other people had noticed it as well. It was also likely that this person was foreign to Bilgewater, here for... whatever reason. Business, perhaps. Many people came and went from the area for different purposes, though this one looked a little different from what she might be used to seeing, which was her reason for drawing nearer to the edge of her territory. At once a strength and weakness, her curiosity drew her close enough so that she might speak with the foreigner, melodic voice calling to them in the hopes that she may be granted a mere conversation. “Traveler, I take it you are from far-off lands?”
