Earlier this afternoon I got to help cut patterns out of denim that will later be used to make shoes for the children of Uganda. I had no clue that this amazing organization existed until I heard about this project we'd be doing for Women's Conference this year. My hand hurt from all the cutting, but it felt good knowing I'd helped make a difference in someone's life. This is such an incredible thing being done to help better the lives of those less fortunate than us. One thing I am very passionate about is serving and helping others. My family finished up the pattern pieces for little shoes. This is amazing! I’m so glad I found out about this organization. We do take a lot of things for granted living in the safe haven of the United States.
