All my life I have had hypoglycemia. That's where my blood sugar drops and I feel sick all day long. Not a good way to start my day😱 Last week an friend told me about Trim healthy mama. It is supposed to help with blood sugar drops and other related health issues. I started last Saturday and am feeling much better. I just have to make sure I don't wait too long to eat breakfast. The last couple of months I have been focusing on staying gluten free. I have an intolerance to gluten plain and simple. My body reacts by gaining inches and I get a bit of swelling in my hands. It has not been easy. I have made the excuses that a little is fine when really it's not. My system feels better when I stay away from it. One thing I am focusing on is having something in my cupboards that is GF. Say a package of cookies. Also, making sure there is bread in my freezer. Sometimes a mama has have her sweets and bread😉 Today I discovered an amazing recipe for a jam tart. Using almond & gf flour created an amazing dessert for just pennies.
