A wall was removed in this converted barn and they had had persistent issues with damp on the stone party wall(you can see the white salt band). Our survey noted that next doors floor level was higher so lateral dampness was occurring with rising damp too. We drilled and injected above next doors floor level and used Damp Check rods before applying NatCem 35 to the below ground part. The stone was treated with salt neutraliser before insulated plaster boards were stuck using Safeguards fast Damproofing system. We then skimmed the wall.
