To kill instead of simply sparring? Well... No - that was a morbid thought. Even if androids did bleed, it wouldn’t be as bad as humans themselves - after all, androids and machines alike were [strangely] built in the image of humans - whether by appearance or function. ▼

Sitting up, he turned to look down at the other, a thoughtful look on his face. ▼

Oh, it would’ve been funny to see the look on Prompto’s face if he had done something like such - but maybe it wouldn’t be worth the trouble he’d get into later (and the mess left behind). Again, he had to remember - humans were fragile. ▼

He’d considered just following them all on their mission to go and do the hunt, sitting in the car or a ways away from the fight so that he could at the very least help them with earning the money. A twisted ankle was nothing to worry too much about, even if he had managed to get it while warping around ( if asked he would say that he was trying to land on the garula that had moved, not that he’d misjudged the distance ), though ignoring it and putting weight on his bad knee had ended with him propped up in a bed and banned from helping them.

“So all of you are just going to leave me here? I can’t even sit in the car and go with you?” One of his hands is fidgeting with the blanket that was placed on top of him. Not that he was worried he’d have a problem, just seemed weird that they would all leave him immobile in a hotel room while they wandered in the wilds.

“I could just sit in the back and wait. I just don’t want to be left here.”

♛   The time was now.

Noctis peaked his head out of the RV situated at the edge of the Wiz Chocobo Post. The area was silent, all lights off and all the chocobos sleeping soundly in their pens, not a hint of rain in the sky. Perfect. They would have to be fast, dawn was not far off and soon everyone would wake up.

Ever since they came to duscae, Noctis was excited to see the chocobos. Sure, it was great being able to rent them, but nothing could beat being able to own one. He had his eye on one in particular, a certain baby bird they had rescued while it was still an egg.

Sure, it was technically stealing to take a chocobo without permission, but he was the Prince, he could take a chocobo any time he wanted, they’d have to forgive him for it. How could they say no to royalty. Yeah, Noctis told himself, convincing himself that it would be alright before turning to his blonde partner in crime, Prompto.

alright here comes the first salt wave. I’m on mobile so I can’t link back to the meme sorry

(I’m using ‘you’ as a general you here. I’m not talking about you Kit, you absolute angel)I don’t know if it’s a popular thinking but I’ve seen it a lot, be it in real life or here on tumblr or the internet in general.There is something that really irks me when people use their disabilities/minority/neurodivergence/you get the deal as an excuse to be a shit person. I understand that this is not coming from nowhere and that people have been hurt by other people. But that’s only an explanation. Not an excuse.I’m not talking about reacting to oppression in any shape or form, I’m talking about saying dumb things. But when I hear/see stuff like “that’s sooooo neurotypical” in a very, very condescending tone, it just makes me want to rip my hair off.You can’t just use your disabilities (and everything else) to explain your attitude, because as they influence your daily life, they’re not a character trait. It’s only your personality showing when you do this. Sorry. It’s like you pass in front of everyone in the waiting line at the groceries, people tell you not to do that because it’s rude, and you answer “yeah but I’m gay I’m oppressed so I’m taking it right back at you all, people I don’t know”. (It’s an image.) It’s absurd.And not only it is rude af, but it also invalidates the people with the same issues than you, who are addressing them in a good way and fighting with the good weapons (as it should be done because these issues need to be addressed). A lot of people are struggling. Acting like a brat is a very efficient way to throw everything by the window.If you’re full of hate and sadness, that’s fine and understandable but please address it in a smart and civilized way without being a dick.gdi
