MEETINGS & MEMORIES | plotted starter for Optimus @solisanima

It was always a strange feeling when Optimus would come for reports. The chancellor sat in his chair, leaned back, a rather blank and distant expression on his face. It wasn't that he wasn't interested in what Optimus was saying, it was just that Optimus was more or less a trigger for him to dissociate. But how could he not be? It didnt feel like all that long ago that Starscream was standing up against him in battles.

Those very battles were where his thoughts were, which lead him down a bit of a rabbit hole. The war, The Decepticons, His shadowplay. He isn't sure how long Optimus has been rambling, as he suddenly snaps back to reality. Optics widening, Looking around the room quickly to try and analyze his surroundings. He gives an awkward glance towards the other mech.

"Ah.....right... yes.." He mutters. "...Can... Can you repeat that last part..? Or better yet, Just start the whole thing over.. heh.."
