If We Were Greek Gods or Goddesses... Which One Would You Be and Why?

So, if you could be any Greek god or goddess, who would you be? 🌿⚡

I feel like I might be a mix of Artemis and Hermes. Here’s why:

Artemis (Goddess of the Hunt, Wilderness, and Animals)

●Lover of Solitude and Nature: Artemis is the embodiment of independence and solitude, often retreating into the wilderness to escape the chaos of the world. I’m very much like this in my life. I love spending time alone, especially in peaceful settings, whether it’s reading a book, listening to music, or just being around animals. Nature is where I feel most at home.

●Protective of Animals: Artemis is known as the protector of animals, and I’ve always felt a deep connection to them. Whether it’s hanging out with pets or admiring the beauty of wildlife, I find peace and comfort in the company of animals. They’re calming and loyal, just like how Artemis is to those she cares about.

●Focused and Goal-Oriented: One of Artemis' defining qualities is her fierce focus on her goals. She’s independent and determined, never wavering in her pursuit of what she believes in. I think that’s something I relate to too, especially with my big dreams and the future I’m building. I may be introverted, but when it comes to my goals, I’m all in.

Hermes (God of Communication, Travel, and Innovation)

●Creative and Open-Minded: Hermes is known as the god of creativity and communication. I’m someone who loves writing whatever comes to mind, exploring different ideas, and being open to new ways of thinking. He’s also a god of travelers, constantly moving between worlds. I find myself diving into different fandoms and exploring various interests—kind of like moving through different worlds in my mind!

●Adventurous Spirit: Hermes embodies the spirit of adventure and curiosity. He’s always looking for new experiences and ways to break boundaries. While I love my quiet, cozy moments, I also have that spark of adventure. Whether it’s through reading new books, exploring new ideas, or diving into new hobbies, there’s always something exciting on the horizon for me.

●Connecting Different Worlds: Hermes isn’t bound by one world—he’s a messenger, connecting gods and mortals, carrying messages between realms. I feel this parallel with how I connect with different fandoms and communities. Even though I’m introverted and prefer my personal space, I love engaging with people who share my passions and ideas. It’s like being part of different worlds at once.

●A Mix of Independence and Sociability: Hermes is also a god of mischief and playfulness, balancing his independence with a sense of joy and fun. This resonates with me as well—I’m very much an introvert, but I also enjoy making connections and being part of something bigger. Whether it’s through music, fandoms, or writing, I love the creative exchange of ideas.

So, in a way, I feel connected to both Artemis and Hermes. Artemis because I value my solitude, love animals, and have big dreams I’m focused on. Hermes because I’m creative, adventurous, and enjoy connecting with different worlds and ideas while also staying true to my introverted side. Both of them have qualities I really relate to, and they balance each other out in a way that fits my personality.
