So last night my throat started to feel funny. It didn't hurt but I could tell if ignored it I would be in trouble. Everybody knows that pregnant and sick is not the business. Thank you #instantpot... ribs and perfection. 1/4 cup raw acv made all the flavor difference. Cooked down the drippings into a low sugar BBQ sauce. Finished under the broiler. Pro tip: I cooked these yesterday and finished them today. The fat had time to separate from the drippings (Ill keep the fat for my tamales) and it's so much easier to cut cold ribs.
