Thank you #instantpot... ribs and perfection. 1/4 cup raw acv made all the flavor difference. Cooked down the drippings into a low sugar BBQ sauce. Finished under the broiler. Pro tip: I cooked these yesterday and finished them today. The fat had time to separate from the drippings (Ill keep the fat for my tamales) and it's so much easier to cut cold ribs.
