my little guy is 3 months and one week old, in two weeks its time for me to go back to work. That means daycare for him. Very early in pregnancy i viewed multiple places. Two stood out. One i loved and met exactly how i view life and what i want for my kid in ways of upbringing. The other one was not bad, and way more convenient, with times, the place and cheaper. Now the conditions have changed and both places are almost the same price. Guess which one i chose. Yep, the not bad one.
My son has been for a couple of try out hours. And while im sure they do their job good, and he is taken care of I keep having this nagging feeling of unease. (Next to the...i hate having to be separated from him as a first time mom after having him close since his birth)
So i cant help thinking Ive made a mistake. Anything like this happen to any of you who are moms or dads out there?
😔
I know most of you who follow me dont follow for the mom stuff but i needed to put my thoughts down somewhere.

I like you am going down the solo mama route and with donor sperm! Could you tell me your story and how you went about it?. How did your family react? And will you tell people who asks about the "father"? I'm struggling with that side of things and some of my family are very judgemental.
Hello anon! How I went about it? (Haven’t don anything yet - but follow along and we’ll see how it goes!) Well I track my ovulation with OPKs and have purchased donor sperm online, which I will inseminate when I ovulate. I would have gone the clinic route (which is free here) but I’m too overweight for them to accept me. (Read more here: http://solomum.tumblr.com/projectFryd ) And like this I also avoid any hormonal medicines.
My family knows that I want be a solomum and they’re 110% supportive - so I’m afraid I can’t really help you with judgemental families…
And it will be no secret that there is NO father. There’s a donor and that’s it. I don’t plan on keeping that a secret from anyone. If everyone knows I won’t need to ‘sit my child down’ and reveal a big secret later on.
Lana Del Rey - West Coast (Solomun Remix) wow amazing remix!
...oh, and I started on folic acid today...
