1)What was the original thought that led to the creation of this character?

wjat if jolyne from stone ocean was a schizophrenic bunny girl that had prophetic dreams about herself dying for as long as she could remember. <3 not really the original thought but im kind of high and still haven't slept so you will forgive me

10) What is their main character arc in the story? Where do they start and how do they develop? Do they get a happy ending or is their story a tragic one?

her story is ultimately one of learning how to live past an end point that you have resigned yourself to... and i think also allowing herself to form attachments that she had viewed as "off limits". HAPPY ENDING

17) Are there any motifs or symbols associated with the character? How are they represented, in their design, personality or in some other way?

stars! fire! mayflies are kind of basic for this kind of character but they're also like... a classic... so maybe mayflies. thats not set in stone. this is such a fun question wtf

nautilus is definitely more of a homebody who has been forced against her will to travel a lot </3

magpies various vessels usually had fur or feathers and she also would like. never have the money to get one. but if she DID have the means i think she would loooove to get a few tattoos... she is very much someone who is desperate to modify her body so it can be one that she is comfortable living in

🔱can your oc swim? do they enjoy swimming?

magpie goes for a dip sometimes. i think she's taken up a semi-aquatic vessel or two

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 how many people are in your oc's immediate family? how many people are in your oc's extended family? do they have aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc? who in their family are they closest with? are they close with their birth family, or do they have a found family?

nautilus' last remaining family member is morgana! much to both of their chagrin. they are twin sisters and they used to be very close until they had a huge blowup fight that has left them both angry and unwilling to talk. i'm sure its fine

3) What was the first thing you decided on, the character's name, appearance, personality or their role in the story?

LETS DO THIS FOR SATELLITE!!! for him it was his name =:3 and kind of his role? i took him from parker macmillan and pureed him and then put him in [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] and my little avenging angel was born

4) And reverse, which one of the four things did you struggle with the most?

oh my GOD APPEARANCE I HATE DESIGNING CHARACTERS . but thankfully my lovely gf is a Character Designer and knew satellites vibe very well and was able to design he'm so beautiful

9) How big is their role in the story? Do they make a frequent appearance or are they a character with little "screentime" but big influence? Or are they just a favourite background guy?

lets switch things up come here dahlia. he is one of the main characters ! he is mari's transhet little deer boyfriend... and he is so funny to me... i honest;ly dont know how much people will like him because he sucks. go in his tag you love him
