solvej and dusty interact during the events of the dragonborn dlc but im not sure if dusty ever informs her of their extremely relevant knowledge to solvej's interests

"They were before my time. I am quite fascinated by their history, and their immeasurable impact on the political and religious landscape of Tamriel. But given the obvious fact of their deaths, it would appear likely that they were never the 'gods' they claimed to be. It's certainly not unheard of for particularly talented sorcerers to achieve a mock-immortality, which I figure was the case. Especially since the historical records of the Heart of Lorkhan's existence and purported usage are tenuous at best.

I don't know what their actual goals were. I doubt their motivations to place themselves as god-kings where wholly pure, but It's little use to try and interrogate the inner lives of historical figures. But whatever the case, they protected their people admirably up until their evident ruse fell apart. I can't say whether their goals actually mirror my own, but I have the Voice itself to shape my will. They had tools and sorcery. That's enough of a difference."
