In the forest most of the creatures have gone for cover but a young woman traverses through the foliage. Reaching a clearing with a broken statue, approaches it and gently laid a hand.
Wind starts whipping up and a warm light surrounds her, lightning struck in medley near the place and the light turns violent. It increases in intensity and as it calms down the woman is gone.
“Where?” The young woman wakes in an odd looking structure, dry compared to her drenched state. Once she was able to stand she ventures out, seeing more of the same abandoned building. Turning her head to a loud roar she is faced with a charging animal far bigger than she’d ever seen.
“Shoot.” She ran and rolled away from where it pounced, the shaken earth telling of it’s weight. With no one around she ran at half her natural speed and hoped there was somewhere she could hide.
