I'm not even entirely convinced we have spring and fall in Alberta. It's like: Winter, almost not winter, summer, almost winter.

Although this one is more, deeply grateful to be able to simply do things. Like I was still at a reasonable level with Doing Things, I was just so anxious in the background that all of the doing was excruciating. Today’s been massively better.
