There’s this boy who sits by the ocean.
There’s this boy who sits by the ocean.
His eyes are as dark as the depths, but as warm as the rocks on a hot summer day.
There’s this boy who sits by the ocean.
He dips his feet into the warm shallow water, and buries his toes in the wet sand.
Theres this boy who sits by the ocean.
And the way the sun illuminates his expressions is over whelming.
There’s this boy who sits by the ocean.
He always comes alone, is never in a rush takes his time to acquaint himself with the clouds.
There’s this boy who sits by the ocean.
And even though we haven’t met- as I watch him from my place beneath the waves I feel as if I’ve known him my whole life.
There’s this boy who sits by the ocean.
And I know one day he will no longer arrive to unknowingly keep me company
There’s this boy who sits by the ocean.
And for once it isn’t me.
