someone make me finish my WIP, here's a snippet:

He nodded, his face still a little sullen. You saw his jaw clench, a clear sign that he was frustrated with you. 

“As long as you’re not too busy with David,” he sneered. 

“That was two times, Eddie! Two times!” you defended yourself, throwing your hands up.

Eddie just rolled his eyes in response. 

“Are you - jealous?” you questioned, searching his face for any hint of answer, but he turned his head away too soon. “You are, aren’t you?” your tone was teasing, but you were being serious.

You peeled your legs off the couch and scooted closer to him until you were practically in his lap. You sat on your knees facing him so you could look him in the eyes. He finally turned to face forward again, his face still screwed up in a scowl. 

“What if I am?” he replied quietly.
