1. What was the first element of your OC that you remember considering (name, appearance, backstory, etc.)?

Well, I mean, kinda their religion. Sort of. But then backstory/name came all at once. 

11. Did you know what the OC’s sexuality would be at the time of their creation?

No. I can’t even say exactly what their sexuality is now. Gender on the other hand...

14. If you had to narrow it down to 2 things that you MUST keep in mind while working with your OC, what would those things be? 

1. Just because they can’t remember anything doesn’t mean they’re naive. 2. They do, in fact, have emotions.

19. What is your favorite fact about your OC?

I don’t know that it’s my absolute favorite, but: They look fairly innocent and end up being a huge gambler and also one of the tanks of the party.

Also, they hate goats. Like, really hate goats. A lot.

They’re not actually sure why.

What does Raza think about basically all of his friends being criminals?

Raza doesn’t really consider it mostly? It just doesn’t occur to them. And, I mean, most of the time they don’t know/remember what the laws actually are? So Tovaia’s whole like “thieves guild” setup and the smuggling and sedition is all kinda whatever most of the time. Also they’re kinda complicit in the whole cheating at gambling thing.

When they’re being chased through a city by some form of law enforcement, they can figure out for themselves that one or all of them has done something wrong, but these are their friends and also fuck the police. Raza has no love for the current government.

My OC would adopt yours and thereby end up on a terrible adventure in the desert.

I feel like that first part is both true and false. Because I’m pretty sure Emah joining originally is because Tovaia finds her impassioned drunken rants hilarious. But the adventure in the desert is because no one trusts Raza to go on their own.

the best part of this is that i never plan to write anything with her in it and I had no part in her creation I have just Decided

Yeah, but you write academic and political essays as her. For my fictional world. 

I love it! but you’re still nuts, and i still feel like i’m going to need to take you to court for more equal custody when I do finally start writing this story.

We’re talking about Tristan’s perennial WIP again, and it’s like a combination of George Cooper and Hyacinthe (Tovaiah), Alexander Hamilton (Emah), Ryo Tetsuda (Nyari), and Five (Raza) walk into a bar.

They didn’t mean to start a brawl, but now everything’s on fire and they’re rolling with it.
