Something feels off..

I booked a place in FL because we are working a convention but the host writes odd. At first I thought maybe it's just a language barrier, which is totally fine! But I'm starting to feel weird. She has no reviews. She kept urging me to pay although I already paid half and the rest isn't due until the 7th of July. I responded saying I already did pay half, the rest isn't due yet according to the site and she just replied "Alright sis"

I assume I should just cancel and run? She has 2 places for rent. One in FL and one in the UK for a lot more. She is geology student from Algeria according to AirBnB. I've only had great experiences so far (4 or so?) so I'm wondering if I should trust my gut or if this is normal.
