I got shadowbanned

Hey, babes, I woke up earlier today to a shadowbanned account, which means it's impossible to answer asks from my desktop, and I can't get messages from anywhere. I also don't show up on tags anymore (content is not being delivered properly as well). I reached out to staff as soon as it happened and I'm just waiting for an answer now. Meanwhile, since I can't use the account, I will keep my requests closed and go off for a bit, see if I can either get the requests I already have done in time or idk just take a lil break.

Feel free to send me asks (thots, questions, random stuff, whatever) anyways cuz when I'm back I'm answering them all <3

Hello everyone!

My blog got "a bug or crash". Basically, my blog got hidden away from everyone, and my work wasn't appearing in the tags. My messenger bar was also gone. My blog was hidden in searches. And it was only happening on this blog, not my main. It all happened on 25th July's night.

At first, we thought that my blog was shadowbanned but Tumblr does not do that. So after roaming around, we found that it was a "a bug or crash". Then I submitted a support ticket.

Later on, @veneziamadness sent them the complaint request, and they responded to that request! I wanna say thank you so much for worrying and digging deeper into it. And God knows how much I cried about this to you. Love you so much. 💓 She even went back through all of our text to see the differences (they were A LOT) and other differences😭

Today, they finally fixed the problem. They sent me the e-mail on 9th August at 10:42 PM IST. This was their reply:

If you are having the same problem, I'll leave the posts that helped me to know more about what was going on. I want to thank them for helping others in this case. 💓

Something fucky again...

So lads, once again I am having issues with my account. I can't see DMs for my main blog sweetdevil-sims; I can't even see it in the list of blogs there. Today I noticed that I can't comment using it either. I don't even know if anyone will even see this post. But here we are again 🤡

I did write to Support but it's such a bizarre issue that I don't even know why it's happening. I've read other posts about it being a glitch, but istg that these "glitches" sure have a way of happening around the Sims community...

@staff @support PLEASE do whatever is needed to fix whatever happened with my account. Zero warnings (as per usual), zero explanations.

@simlicious thank you for that link! It definitely clears some things up, though it's weird that apparently other people can see and comment on my posts. I noticed after I sent the report that @ts3casconversioncatalog has suffered the same fate 🤦‍♀️

@treason-and-plot thank you for commenting and sorry that this happened to you! I did send them a message with "Something else", if only because nothing else seemed to fit... What an odd glitch.

2022/12/20 update: still in Tumblr Timeout Jail 🙃 I sent about 4 tickets so far, got no reply to any of them. So now I'm using my last resort: the dreaded Blue Bird App. Let's hope The Muskrat doesn't nuke it before Tumblr can see! And now some of you know my sideblog which I used to post Twilight fanart on, lmao.
