Your blog is my new fave blog and you are distracting me from work right now in the best way. Just wondering if it's okay for a neurotypical to headcanon 12 as autistic? because I love that interpretation and I've always kind of felt like Capaldi's doing it on purpose.
It’s definitely ok to headcanon 12 as autistic whether you’re autistic or not.
The important thing to remember is that if you’re not autistic, to not speak over the voices of autistic people in re: to autistic headcanons and what we consider to be representation/misrepresentation. Esp. when it comes to characters who are autistic coded but very, very stereotypical in harmful ways.
